1his refers to the inspection conducted by W. W. Stansberry of this of fice on
November 2-6, 1C92. The inspection included a review of activities authorized
for your Oconee facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings
were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed
report.
Areas examined durir.g the inspection are identilied in the report. Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures
and representative records, interviews with parsonnel, and observation of
activities in progress.
The enclosed Inspection Heport identifies activities that violated NRC
requirements that will not be subject to enforcemeat action because the
licensee's efforts in identifying and/or cerrecting the violations meet the
criteria specified in Section VII.B of the Enrorcement Policy.
The material encicsed herewith contains Safeguards information as defined by
10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited
