CATAWBA NUCLEAR STATION REQUALIFICATION RETAKE EXAMINATION REPORT-
NO. 50-413/92-303
This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) administered requali-
fication retake examination led by Ronald F. Aiello during the week of
October 19, 1992, to five employees of your company who currently hold
licenses to operate your Catawba Nuclear Station.
At the conclusion of the
examination, preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your
staff identified in the enclosed examination report, Enclosure 1.

Due to the small sample size, no Requalification Program Evaluation was made.
A Sinvlator Fidelity Report is provided as Enclosure 2.
A copy of the written
examination questions and answer key, as noted in Enclosure 3, was provided to
members of the facility's training staff at the conclusion of the exam.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
