BEAVER VALLEY POWER STATION UNIT N0. 1 ANNUAL EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXERCISE SCHEDULE (LICENSING ACTION TAC 55766)

In response to your letter dated September 11, 1984, the Commission has issued the enclosed Exemption which provides for a change of the schedular requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section IV.F.

This exemption permits the annual emergency preparedness exercise at Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit 1 to be conducted during September,1935.

A copy of the Exemption is being filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
