BELLEFWTE NUCLEAR PLANr LNIT 1 - RAW (DOLING WATER CHILLER UNIT FLOW CONTHOL VALVE EFICIENCIES - BLRD-50-438/82 SIXTH INTERIM EPORT The subject-deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector G. A. Belisle on November 26, 1982 in accordance with 10 TR 50.55(e) as Nms 2086, 2087, and ~2088.
This was followed by our interim reports dated December 27, 1982 and March 21, July 27 and December 1, 1983 and March 22, 1984.
Below is our sixth interim report. We expect to subnit our next report on or about 0otober 3,1985. We consider 10 &R Part 21 to be applicable to this deficiency.
Interim Progress TVA is continuing the investigation of the deficiency and generic implicatims. - TVA will subnit the next report upon conclusion of the l
investigation and the determination of the corrective actions.
