An Enforcement Meeting was held at the NRC Region I Office, King of ' russia,
Pennsylvania on March 25, 1985. The meeting was held at our request and was
attended by Dr. T. Murley, Regional Administrator and other members of the NRC
Region I staff and Mr. J. Opeka, Senior Vice President-Nuclear Engineering and
Operations ~ Group and other members of your staff.
The topics discussed during this meeting were concerned with a recent transpor-
tation violation and the apparent deterioration in your transportation program.
