provided case file and history of inspections with Southern Space, Inc. including f

the decommissioning inspection that first raised the concerns about the potential j

false material statement and the health and safety implications. He also advised me of the need to interview Stan Gills the owner of the garage which onced housed j

the Southern Space, Inc. laundry facility.

3-4 Chambless and I went to Stan Gills Body Shop, 820 7th Street, Portsmouth, Virginia (804-393-6243) where I was introduced to Mr. Gills.

I told Gills we had a dual purpose, one to gather technical dats, including samples, and a sworn statement from him. He agreed to both and offered any help he could provide.

Samples, measurements and readings'were taken frbm the area formerly occupied g

by Southern Space, Inc. A sworn statement was provided by Gills.

3-5 C. Alderson, J. Potter, A. Gibson were briefed and additional p'lans will be made with regards to interviews. Potter advised that there did not appear to l

be an immediate health and safety concern.
