with the Office of the Federal Register for publication. The notice relates to the Northern States Power Company's (NSP) application that has been filed with the Cornission for conversion of Provisional Operating License No. LPR-22 to a full-tem operating license. The license presently authorizes NSP to operate Unit 14f the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant located in Sherburne and Wright Counties, Minnesota, at its rated power level of 1670 MWt for a limited period of tine. Tac full-term license would authorize NSP to operate the Eonticello f acility at its presently licensed power level for a period of 40 years from the June 19, 1967 issuance of the construction pernit for the facility.
