APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.
S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the technical specifications set forth in Appendix A
to thcse licenses be amended to modify Specification 3.6.2.2 for both units and to remove an expired curve from BV-1 Figure 3.6-1.
The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachments A

Apnlication.
A safety analysis and no significant hazard e\\oit ion are set forth in Attachment B.
. Typed replacement pages for une technical specifications are included in Attachment C.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
