An application for amendment to the abo a licenses to modify Specification 3.6.2.2, Containment Recirculation Spray System, to address respective engineered safety feature subsystem availability and to remove the expired 6000 gpm curve that was only applicable for Cycle 8 from BV-1 Figure 3.6-1.
In addition to the
- above, during the typing of BV-2 page 3/4 6-12, Surveillance Requirements 4.6.2.2.d and e were shifted to page 3/4 6-13 (see attachment C-2).

Documents designated Attachment A,
B, C a d D which set forth, respectively, the change in the technical specifications, the safety analysis (including the no significant hazards evaluation),
the typed replacement technical specification pages, and Recirculation Spray System (RSS) information.
This change has been reviewed by the onsite Safety Committee and offsite Review Committee and was determined to be safe based on the attached safety analysis.
The requested target date for approval of this proposed change is April 30, 1993.
