• The summary provided to the NRC Region 3 on 2/17/89 stated that the seat rings and pins had differences from and that the plugs genuine pins parts which were visually apparent, Masoneilan dimensional were nonconforming to current requirements, and that the stem met Masonellan dimensional requirements.
