Masoneilan 10/13/88, All Masoncilan items obtained from Sample-Wobtrol, which were still in the Palisades storeroom, were inspected by Dave Ellis of the current Masonellan requirements (primarily Masonellan Masonoilan to drawing configuration and dimensions).
All of inspection of drawings were ' proprietary' and not supplied to Palisades. ins or JBuechler of Material Management.

- At a 10/14/88 Sample and JBuechler, it was stated that the cage from CV-0511 was.037" short and had no ramp angle (recorded in a JBuechler personal log entry).
- The summary provided to the NRC Region 3 on 2/17/89 stated the seat rings and pins had differences from genuine that the plugs and pins that parts which were visually apparent, Masoneilan dimensional nonconforming to current requirements, and that the stem met Masonellan dimensional were requirements.
