Safety Parameter Display System
Dear Sir:
Reference (b) submitted the staff's evaluation of the Yankee Safety Parameter Display System (SPDS). This evaluation concluded that continued implementation of our SPDS program was acceptable provided that certain concerns were addressed.
Reference (c) provided our response to Questions 1-4 in Reference (b).
The response to Questions 5-10 was to be submitted by June 30, 1985.
The manufacturer of several SPDS components was to supply information necessary for our response to Questions 5-10.
The manufacturer will not be able to supply this information until mid-August 1985. Based on this, we expect to submit our response to Questions 5-10 by September 3, 1985.
