ORDER Oral argument on the appeal of the joint intervenors, Conservation Council of North Carolina and Wells Eddleman, from the Licensing Board's February 20, 1985 Partial Initial Decision will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 28, 1985, in the NRC Public Hearing Room, Fifth Floor, East-West Towers Building, 4350 East-West Highway, Bethesda, Maryland.
Each side is allotted a total of forty-five minutes for the presentation of argument.
The appellants will be heard first and may reserve a reasonable portion of their time for rebuttal.
Each party is to inform the Secretary to this Board, by letter mailed no later than August 19, 1985, of the namelof the counsel who will present argument on its behalf.
