Oyster Creek - 14R Outage, Core Spray Sparger Inspections The Oyster Creek fluclear Generating Station Technical' Specifications, Appendix A, para. 6.9.3.e, and the Facility Operating License, para. 2.C.(5),-
require that a special report presenting. the results of the inservice inspection of the core spray spargers during each refueling cycle be provided i

Initial visual examination revealed no new relevant indications. -The air test found-a leak in a fillet weld (L-3A) on the downcomer of the Core Spray System-I annulus piping.
Further visual _ inspection revealed-two linear indications on the corresponding weld (U-3A) on the downcomer of the Core Spray _ System 11 annulus piping.
flo leakage was identified-during the air test on Core Spray System II other than the known leakage at the repair clamp at' the 208 degree-azimuth.
