Comstock Document Review at our Braidwood Station.
The purpose of this letter is to provide an updated status of the corrective actions being taken to resolve this issue.
This letter is considered to be a Final Report.
Since the submittal of Reference (e), the administrative hold which CECO PCD placed on thu L. K. Comstock Document Ruview Program has been lifted.
This action was taken based on the review and approval of L. K. Comstock procudure 4.13.1.1, Turnovur Document Review.
This proceduru incorporates corrective actions which were deemed necessary to lift thf* administrative hold and ensuru a thorough document review.
Tno program encompassus L. K. Comstock inspection records currently filed in thu vault und any now records which will be generated.

-o To date no significant discrepancies have been identified which require extensive rework.
The document review portion of this program is scheduled for completion in December 1985 for records associated with Unit 1 and common areas, and March, 1986 for Unit 2 records.
Final correction and completion of deficiencies identified during this review will be dependent on the total number found and the extent to which they are deficient.
Commonwealth Edison Company considers this to be the final report for this program.
Please address any questions that you or your staff may have concerning this matter to this office.
