1 klGENSEE EVENT REPORTS ollowing Licensee Event Report was submitted during the month of December, LER 92 013 On November 30, 1992 local leak rate testing results indicated that Main Steam isolation valve NSO4B exceeded the leak rate limit of 12.08 SCTH at 20 psig as specified in plant Technical Specifications. The leak rate was unquantifiable, therefore it is assumed that-the.60 La combined leakage limit of all type B and C leak rate tests was also exceeded. The.60 La limit is calculated by combining the maximum leakage of each component that makes up a penetration.

The cause, corrective action, and safety significance cannot be determined at this time and will be reported at a later date.
