CRYSTAL RIVER EXAMINATION REPORT 302/0L-84-02 The NRC administered examinations on December 17 - 20, 1984, to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate the Crystal River Nuclear Plant.
At the conclusion of the examinations, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the Examination Report, Enclosure 1.
A table summarizing the examination results for each examined individual is provided as Enclosure 2.
Copies of the written examination questions and answer keys are included in this report as Enclosure 3.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and Enclosures 1 and 3 will be placed in NRes Public Document Room unless you notify this office by telephone within ten days of the date of this letter and submit written applica-tion to withhold information contained therein within thirty days of the date of this letter. Such application must be consistent with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.790b(1). is exempt from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 a and will not be sent to the Public Document Room.
