A table . summarizing the examination' results for each examined -individual is provided_as Enclosure 2; Copies'of the written. examination questions and answer key are included in this report as Enclosure 3.

In accordance with 10 -CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and Enclosures 1 and 3 will _be' placed -in NRC's Public- Document Room unless you notify this office by
