Operation will not be resumed. A Possession Only License was issued on October 23, 1992, which will become effective when the NRC is notified that all fuel has been offloaded from the core.
It is anticipated that the reactor will be defueled in mid-March.
Permanently Defueled Technical Specifications are in the process of being developed.
