APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Baltimore Gas and Electric Company Docket / License: 50/317; DPR-53 As a result of the inspection conducted on April 1 - May 6,1985, and in accordance with the NRC Enforcement Policy (10 CFR 2 Appendix C) the following violation was identified:
Technical Specification 3/4 9.3.9.2 requires that an operable Source Range Nuclear Flux Monitor be audible in the Control Room.

Contrary to the above, on April 24, 1985 no Source Range Nuclear Flux Monitor was audible in the Control Room.
This is a Severity Level V Violation (Supplement IV).
Although Section 2.201 requires you to submit to this office, within 30 days of your receipt of this notice, a written statement of explanation, we note that this violation was corrected prior to the completion of our inspection, and therefore, no response with respect to this matter is required.
