CRYSTAL RIVER REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT 302/0L-85-02 The NRC administered requalification examinations on May 14-16, 1985 to employees of your company who are licensed to operate the Crystal River Nuclear Plant. At the conclusion of the examinations, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the Examination Report, Enclosure 1.
A table summarizing the examination results for each examined individual is provided as Enclosure 2.
Copies of the written examination questions and answer key are included in this report as Enclosure 3.
A requalification program evaluation report covering these examinations and the projected July 1985 requalification examinations will be made after all NRC administered requalification examinations are completed.
We hope the much improved pass rate reflected in this report is indicative of the increase in quality of your requalification training and that it will be sustained during the remaining examinations to be given this summer.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and Enclosures 1, & 3 will be placed in NRC's Public Document Rom unless you notify this office by telephone within 10 days of the date of this latter and submit written applica-tion to withhold information contained therein within 30 days of the date of this letter.
Such application mJst be Consistent with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.790(b)(1). is exempt from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a) and will not be sent to the Public Document Room.
