Section 50.34a establishes requirements for designing plants to keep releases ALARA.

Section 50.36a establishes requirements for technical Appendix I, specifications for keeping releases ALARA during operation.

to Part 50 provides numerical guides for ALARA.

Humboldt Bay received an operating license in 1962, has been shutdown As long _

for several years and is required to remain in cold shutdown. 5 as these conditions prevail, Hunboldt Bay is in compliance with the aforementioned ALARA regulations.
