HDenton The Connission has issued the enclosed Amendment flo. 68 to Facility 00erating License No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee Rowe) in response to your submittal of October 22, 1980.
l The amendment revises the Technical Specifications to defer certain Inservice Inspection and Testing requirements until the end of the -
scheduled 1981 refueling outage. This letter is a supplement to our authorization for these changes given on January 12, 1981.
During our review of your application, we found it necessary to modify the proposed Technical Specifications. We have discussed these modifica-tions with your representative and have mutually agreed upon them.
Copies of our related Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
