The Commission has issued the enclosed Anendient No. 67 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-65 for Millstone lluclear P: ar Stnion, Unit No. 2. This anendnent consists of changes to the Techr';al Sp cifications in response to your application dated Decenber 27, 1976, as sup;.>i sented by letters dated July 27,1977, January 16, 1979 and October 31, 1980.

The anendment allows credit for automatic testing of the engineered safety feature actuations systen instrutrntation. _

Sone portions of your proposed Technical Specifications have been nodified to nr.et our requirements. These nodifications have been discussed with and agreed to by your staff.

Copias of the related Safety Evaluation and llotice of Issuance are also encicsed.
