DETENSE-lH-DEPTH ANALYSIS By your letter of September 29, 1992, you submitted Combustion Engineering (ABB-CE) Report ALWR-IC-DCTR-31
" Evaluation of Defense-in-Depth and Diversity in the ABB-CE Nuplex 80+ Advanced Control Complex." The NRC has received the enclosed report of the review of this submittal by Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
The report is entitled, "A Review of the CE 80+ TMEA and D&D1D Analysis," and is dated December 8,1992.
The NRC staff intends to discuss this report with your representatives at a public meeting at your office in Windsor, Connecticut, on January 6, 1993.
