HQllCE OF DEVIA110N Portland General Electric Company Docket No. 50-344 Trojan Nuclear Plant License No. NPF-1 During an NRC inspection conducted from September 15 to October 26, 1992, a deviation from your Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) was identified.

In accordance with the " General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Action," 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C, the deviation is listed below:

FSAR paragraph 6.2.6.2, " Containment Penetration Leakage Rate Test,"

states that containment air locks are tested once every 6 months using the pressure decay method.

Contrary to the above, since November 1988, the containment air locks have not been tested using the pressure decay method but instead have been tested using the infinite supply method.

Your actions to correct this deviation were reviewed by_the inspector and found to be satisfactory. Therefore, no response is required.
