During this inspection, certain of your activities appeared

to be in noncompliance.with'NRC raquirements, as described <

During our inspection it was revealed that you are using steam-

flow to determine core thermal powcr.. Please in your response

address what measures you are taking to assure that values

for. core thermal power are conservative when calculated using
steam flow values.
This notice is sent to you pursuant to the provisions of
Section 2.201 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title
10, Code of Federal Regulations.
