In order that we can soaplete our forecast of special nuclear material requirements for the period ending December 31, 1966, we request that you furnish us at your earliest' convenience your current estimated schedule of withdrawals and returns of special nuclear material, inchading enrichment levels, duriac the first and aeoond guarters of Fiscal Year 1967 ander Facility License No. DPR-6.
In your latter dated March 16, 1965, you estimated there would be no withdrawals or returns of special nuclear anterial during the third and fourth quarters of Fiscal Year 1966. Please advise if there has been any change in this estirmte.
