We note that on May 8, 1968, based on your request of April 10, 1968, the Commission consented to the transfer of Facility License No. DPR-6 from Con-amers Power Company (a Maine Corporatica) to Consumers Power Company (a Mich4== Corporatica).
We consent to the transfer of Indammitf Agreement No. B-22 from Consioners Power Company (a Maine Corporation) to Conseners Power Company (a Michigas corporatica).
In view of the fact that in the indemnity agreement your name appears simply as
" Consumers Power Company," we do not consider that any amen &sent to the indemnity agreement is re-quired.
