The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 6 to Facility License No. DPR-6. This amendment includes Change No. 43 to the Technical Spect-fications, Appendix A, and is in response to your request dated June 28, 1974.

This amenchent permits removal of the four lower rollers on each of the remaining fifteen peripheral control rods of the Big Rock Point Plant.

The Safety Evaluation and the Federal Register Notice relating to this action are also enclosed.
