This procedure provides actions to cool down and depressurize the RCS to cold shutdown conditions while minimizing loss of RCS inventory.

ENTRY CONDITIONS This procedure is entered from:

ECA-3.1, (SGTR WITH LOSS OF REACTOR COOLANT - SUBC00 LED RECOVERY DESIRED), Step 20,'when RWST level is low without a cor?:esponding increase in Containment sump level.

  • RCS subcooling - >25'F (>75'F ACC)
  • S/G pressures - STABLE OR DECREASING
  • RCS hot leg temperatures - STABLE OR DECREASING
  • Core exit TCs - STABLE OR DECREASING
  • RCS-cold leg temperatures - AT SATURATION TDtPERATURE FOR S/G PRESSURE
  • RCS Delta-T - <66*F AND STABLE E
