Your submittal dated March 18, 1985, provided responses to the license condi-tions and confirmatory items imposed by the Catawba Atomic Safety and Licensing Board. My letter dated May 14, 1985, informed you that the staff has accepted your revised wording for the warning signs and decals (item 2 in License Con-dition 2.C.(23)).

FEMA has reviewed revisions to the South Carolina Emergency Plan, dated November 1984; the Catawba Nuclear Station Emergency Planning Information Brochure, 1985 edition; and your submittal dated March 18, 1985. The NRC staff has reviewed the FEMA analysis and concluded that the remaining itcms (other than item 2) in Condition 2.C.(23) of Catawba Unit 1 License have been met and the two confirmatory items have been satisfactorily completed.
