On February 7, 21, and 28,1980 reports, identified herein as the original report and suoplemental reports 1 and 2, resoectively, were We under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) concerning nonconformances identified during our reviet of I.E. Bulletin 71-lt..

Please reference our letter Serial No.193 of

'Mrch d,1980, which was our five-day written report under the provisions of i

10CFR21.

In our valve and operator waight verification progrtm required by I.E.

Bulletin 79-16, we have identified nonconformances in the form of overstressed pipes, pipe supports, and eauioment nozzles resulting from changes in valve and operator weights.

In our five-day report we enclosed a Table I which provided the details of each nonconformance in supolements 1 and 2.

updated that table and extendad it to include the nonconformances in our criginal report.

As indicatad in Table I, most of the construction required to correct these nonconf ormances has already benn comelated.
