HEALTH PHYSICS PP.0GPAM AT TMI A const:ltant to Metropolitan Edison, NUS, concluded that there were areas of TNI's health physics program wnich were unacceptable.
I under-stand the staff has met with Ned Ed on this subject and identified its ccncerns in a letter to which Met Ed has responded.
I would like a copy of tqe r.inutes of this meeting and Ar}y correspondence relating to this proclem as soon as possible.
- would like by September 5,1979 a status report of Me: Ed's current
.;eaknesses in this area and the specific plans with tiretables which the Itaff believ0 are necessary to remedy any of the deficiencies.
Additionally, the 'cmission should be kept currently informed of cevelopments in the neai r. pnysics area.
