HEALTH PHYSICS PROGRAM AT TMI Attached is a September 17th memo from ILE to me identifying a number of deficiencies with the health physics program at TMI.
It is my understanding that you are considering the appointment of a " blue-ribbon" panel to investigate deficiencies at TMI with respect to the health physics program.
Please provide me with a brief summary of your planned actions to correct the situations that exist at TMI.
