Dear Mr. Lee:
This is in response to your letter dated August 21,1979 which addressed your actions folloaing our investigation of the facts and statements made concerning the hypothetical cask drop (rail cask) accident analysis which had been performed for the McGuire facility.
Our finding was that there was not a material false statement made, but that the FSAR should be revised.
I Your response and the information submitted in Amendment #62, on August 31, 1979, have been revieaed and evaluated with regard to the investigation.
We have determined that our requests have been fulfilled and that the matter of the rail cask drop accident is closed.
