By letter dated June 26, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML19179A091), Westinghouse Electric Company (Westinghouse) submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) a request for review and approval of Topical Report (TR) WCAP-16045-P-A, Addendum 2, Revision 0, and WCAP-16045-NP-A, Addendum 2, Revision 0, Updated NEXUS Cross-Section Methodology.

Enclosed for Westinghouse review and comment is a copy of the NRC staff's draft safety evaluation (SE) for the TR WCAP-16045-P-A, Addendum 2, Revision 0, and WCAP-16045-NP-A, Addendum 2, Revision 0.

Pursuant to Section 2.390 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), we believe that the enclosed draft SE may contain proprietary information.
