BELLEFWTE NUCLEAR PLANT WITS 1 AND 2 - WAUTHORIZED SUBSTITUTIm 0F UNISTRUr ATTAWENTS FOR SSDs - BLRD-50-438/84-50, BLRD-50-439/84 SUPPLEENTAL FINAL EPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector P. E. Fredrickson on September 17, 1984 in accordance with 10 TR 50.55(e) as NCR 3436.
Our first interim report was sutaitted on October 12, 1984 and our final report on Febemry 13, 1985.
Below is our suppleent to our final report.
The date of Fetrmry 17, 1985 for completion of corrective actions indicated ir. our final report on this matter was not met. TVA approved the revised anchor substitution criteria on an interim basis via the field change request (FG) p'ocess to expedite implenentation. The FCR's paper work required has delayed issmnoe of the official design drawing. The corrective action cn this matter will be completed by April 15, 1985.
