Description of Deficiency I
Problems N4-1KE-F, N4-2KE-F, !$6-1NK-B, and N4-2NK-B isometrics and load tables were signed out and issued before the analysis check was perfomed.
On problems N4-1KE-F and N4-2KE-F, the analysis check has now been perfonned i
and several analysis errors have been found which are significant. The cited isometrics and load tables are used in the design of essential raw cooling water pipe supports and reactor coolant drains and vents system supports.
