BELLEFmTE NUCLEAR PLANT WITS 1 AND 2 - DEFICIENCIES FOUND BY OIE BULLETIN 79-118 INSPECTION PIOGRAM - BLRD-50438/82-23, BLRD-50439/82-20 THIRD INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector Don Quick on March 1, 1982 in accordance with 10 TR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN GB 8202. This was followed by our interim reporta dated March 30, 1982 and Atgust 5, 1933 Encimod is our third interim report. We expect to sutnit our next report on unit 1 on cr about March 28, 1986.

THIRD INERIM IEPORT Description of Deficiency U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Ccamission, OIE hlletin 79-14,' addresses the concern that installed piping systens including the supports were not in confonnance with design documents. The bulletin requires that steps be taken to ensure the seismic analysis accurately reflects the as-constructed configuration. Spot inspections of as-constructed piping systems against aralysis isometries have identified discrepancies that warrant resolution.
Interim Prcutress TVA is continuing to implement the 79-14 program plan outlined in our first report on this deficiency. WA anticipates that the inspection program will continue until the time period inmediately beforeo fuel load. At that time, we will present our report on the results of the inspection program and our disposition of IE Bulletin 79-14 We currently project sutnittal of the unit I report on a about March 28, 1936.
