Union Electric company herewith transmits an application for amendment to Facility Operating License Number NPF-30 for the Callaway Plant.
This amendment application requests a revision to Technical Specification 3.3.2 and 3/4.8.1 to add Mode 5 and 6 applicability for the load shedder emergency load sequencer and its supplying 4 KV Bus under voltage ca.rcuit.
The Callaway Plant On-Site Review Committee and the Nuclear Safety Review Board have reviewed and approved this amendment application.
Attachments 1 through 5 provide the Technical Specification changes, Safety Evaluation, Significant Hazards Evaluation, and Environmental Consideration, respectively.
It has been determined that this amendment application does not involve any unreviewed safety questions as defined in 10CFR50.59, nor a significant hazard consideration as determined per 10CFR50.92.
