Description of the Problem During a review of a planner package by ITT Grinnell Quality Assurance and the Authorized Nuclear Inspector, it was discovered that ITT Grinnell Engineering had issued trim design detail s to Construction wi thout approved design drawings.
ITT Grinnell used a s tandard detail from Speci fication hb.
WP2-P301C which did not apply. A specific design drawing was required.
The matter is still under investigation, and a final report will be submitted by September 27, 1985.
