Enclosed, for your consideration, is the " Supplemental Af-fidavit of Joseph F. Myers on EPJ-2." As indicated in Appli-cants' April 18, 1985 letter to the Board, the enclosed affida-vit describes a recent change to the provisions for official transportation assistance for persons in the EPZ (other than those in Moncure, Wilsonville, Apex, Ifolly Springs, and 8504290244 050425 PDR ADOCK 05000400 -))

Pugh, III On Wilson 12(b)(3) and EPJ-2," which was submitted to the Board on January 14, 1985.

Because the revised information in Mr. Myers' Supplemental Affidavit does not change the basic arguments in Applicants' motion for summary disposition on EPJ-2, Applicants are not submitting a new motion or statement of material facts on the contention. However, references to the affected sections of Mr. Pugh's Affidavit should be considered amended by the new information in Mr. Myers' Supplemental Affidavit.

Applicants have provided the NRC Staff / FEMA and Mr. Daniel Read (counsel for CHANGE, the lead intervenor on EPJ-2) with copies of the Supplemental Affidavit. We have asked both the NRC Staff / FEMA and Mr. Read to review the Supplemental Affida-vit to determine whether it affects their positions as to sum-mary disposition on EPJ-2. (No intervenor response was filed to the summary disposition motion on this contention.) Appli-cants or the other parties involved will contact the Board when they have completed their reviews.
