The State of North Carolina has made a policy decision to identify " pickup routes" rather than " pickup points" for cer-tain areas of the Harris plume EPZ.
Accordingly, Applicants respectfully request that the Licensing Board defer its sunmary disposition ruling on EPJ-2 pending submi.ttal of an Amended Af-fidavit from the State explaini g the change.

Although Applicants filed a motion for summary disposition jointly addressing EPJ-2 and Wilson 12(b)(3), the change in policy does not affect either the number of persons who might need transportation in an emergency, or the resources available to provide transportation for such persons.
Accordingly, the change in policy should not affect the disposition of Wilson 12(b)(3), and that contention remains ripe for ruling.
