FIRST INTERIM REPORT Description of Deficiency A TV A internal design review has de'termined that a large ntaber of train B cables pass throtsh the A valve vault room but are not connected to any equipment within the room. This cable routing is in apparent violation of the requirements of design criteria N4-50-ITT41 (Physical Separation Outside the Primary Contairunent), Sections 5.1.2.e and 5.1.6.a.
Interim Progress TVA is presently investigating corrective actions.
