V. Crlenjak on December 22, 1981 in accordance with 10 TR 50.55(e) as NCR 1686.
This was followed by our interim reports dated January 20, April 15, Jtme 28, August 24, and November 1,1982 and January 10, 1983, our final report dated April 13, 1983 and our supplanental mports dated December 22, 1983 and Febrary 1 and September 25,1984 and Janary 4, 1985.
Below is our fifth suppleental report. We consider 10 TR Part 21 applicable to this deficiency.
As discussed wLth NRC-0IE Inspector A. Ignatonis on March 25, 1985, the date of April 1, 1985 for completion of corrective actions indicated in our fourth supplseratal report would not be met. The replacement studs supplied by the vendor did not meet TVA specifications. TVA is procuring replacement studs from another vendor. The corrective action on this matter wt11 be completed by July 31, 1985.
