inoperable f or a period of time greator than seven days. This condition requires a Special Report to be submitted per Technical Lpecification 3.13.H.2.

DJMEdEL.19n._qf Ocpurrongp1 The Turbino 13uilding Radioactive Cascous Effluent Monitoring System (RAGEMS), which incorporatco the noble gas monitor, was removed from service on September 22, 1992 to perform a minor l_ modifIcatlon. The modification was scheduled to be completed  ;

in five days. Sevoral unanticipated delays woro encountered,

  • and the seven day deadline was exceeded on September 29,_1992.

The modification was complete on October 6, 1992. _ Final-acceptance testing for the modification was completod, and the. >

RAGEMS mqnitors were declared operable and returned to service on-October 7, 1992.
