BELLEPWTE NUCLEAR PLANT INITS 1 AND 2 - WIERDESINED SNUBBER ON MILIN FEEDWILTER PIPING IN VALVE RDOM B - BLRD-50438/82-71, BLRD-50439/82 FIFTH INTERIM REPORT' The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRCAIE Inspector K. Landis on October 13, 1982 in accordance with 10 TR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN B 8214.
This was followed by our interim reports dated November 10, 1982 and February 16 and May 25, 1983, and January 16, 1984.
Enclosed is our fifth interim report. We expect to subnit our next report on x about September 29, 1986.
