BELLEFWTE NUCLEAR PLANT WITS 1 AND 2 - DEFICIENr IELE CN CABLE TRAY SUPPORTS - BLRD-50438/82-66, BLRD-50439/82 SUFPE} ENTAL FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRCAIE Inspector R. V. Crlenjak on September 8,1982 in accordance witi 10 TR 50.55(e) as NCR 1894.
This was followed by our interim report dated October 8,1982 and our final report dated January 21, 1983 Related NCR 3013 was later documented and resulted in the reopening of this condition. Our third interim report was subnitted on Jtme 4,1984 and our final repor t was subnitted on November 30, 1984.
Below is our supplanent to the final re por t.
As discussed with NRC-0IE Inspector A. Ignatonis on March 22, 1985, the date of March -23, 1985 for the completion of corrective actions indicated in our final report on this matter could not be met. Access to the remaining welds was impeded by unrelated activities conducted in the vicinity of the these welds. The corrective action on this martt_* will be completed by July 15, 1985.
