C1.66 CONTINUING TRAINING 1.0 OBJECTIVE The objective of this course is to reinforce the training given to station and corporate personnel who have assigned duties in the Emergency Plan commensurate with their respective responsibilities.

2.0 PREREQUISITES Successful completion of the appropriate initial Emergency Plan Training for their position.

3.0 LENGTH / SCHEDULE i

1.

Continuing training shall be scheduled within twelve (12) months, not to exceed 15 months, of the last completion date.

2.

Supplemental reading is assigned when pertinent new material and/or revisions are approved, and when deemed necessary by the Technical Training Supervisor and the Emergency Planning Coordinator.

4.0 CONTENT 4.1 CLASSROOM Each emergency team member shall complete one of the following classes as appropriate to their position or complete the corresponding initial training class as shown in Attachment 1.

5.0 EVALUATION 5.1 EXAMINATIONS 1.

A comprehensive written 6xam shall be administered at the end of the course, except for Emergency News Center courses.

2.

An overall score of 80% or better is required.

l 6.0 REMEDIAL TRAINING 1.

Remedial training sessions shall be designed on an as needed basis for trainees who do not meet the requirements of Section 5.1.2.

2. The Emergency Planning Coordinator shall be informed of any person not making an overall score of 80% or better.

7.0 RECORDS Records shall be handled in accordance with NTP-003, Nuclear Operations Training Records.

The Training Manager is responsible for ensuring the development and I

implementation of the on-site emergency plan training program as

/2 4.2 Emergency Coordinator / Emergency Operations Facility Director The Emergency Coordinator / Emergency Operations Facility Director is' responsible for assigning Management personnel to brief Emergency

Contract Personnel on their duties and responsuoilities.

I 4.3 Emergency Planning Coordinator l

The Emergency Planning Coordinator is responsible for:

4.3.1 Ensuring the technical accuracy of emergency planning training materials.

4.3.2 Informing the Nuclear Operations Training Manager of personnel assigned emergency duties as outlined within the Waterford-3 SES Emergency Plan.

4.3.3 Development and bnplementation of the off-site Emergency. Plan /2 Training program as delineated by this procedure, the Training /2 Manual and the Waterford-3 SES Emergency Plan.

/2 4.4 Training Department Supervisors The Training Department Supervisors are responsible for selecting Instructors based upon their background and experience.

4 of 5 g EMERGENCY PLAN TRAINING RTYPE: C1.65 W 5.0 PROCEDURE 5.1 Waterford-3 SES Emergency Plan Training - The Emergency Plan Training Program sha_1 be designed to provide training to Waterford-3 SES personnel assigned duties in the Emergency Plan commensurate with their respective responsibilities as described in the Waterford-3 SES Course Description NTC-216, " Emergency Plan Training Initial", NTC-217, " Emergency Plan Continuing Training", and NTC-219, " Emergency First Aid Team Training."

5.1.1 Initial Training - Initial training shall be conducted as needed j

to maintain a qualified Emergency Organization.

5.1.2 Continuing Training - Continuing training shall be conducted annually, as needed, to maintain a qualified Emergency Organization.

5.1.3 Supplemental Reading - Readings pertaining to Emergency Plan g positions are issued upon assignment to the position and when pertinent new material and/or revisions are approved.

5.2 Off-Site Agency Emergency Plan Training - The Off-Site Agency Emergency /2 Plan Training shall be conducted in accordance with the Waterford-3 SES /2 Emergency Plan.

/2-6.0 RECORDS Records shall be handled in accordance with NTP-003, " Nuclear Operations

- Training Records."

Classroom training is scheduled as needed to keep emergency positions adequately staffed with trained personnel.

1.0 OBJECTIVE The objective of this course is to reinforce the training given to station and corporate personnel who have assigned duties in the Emergency Plan commensurate with their respective responsibilities.

1 2.0 PREREQUISITES Successful completion of the appropriate initial Emergency Plan Training for their position.

3.0 LENGTH / SCHEDULE 1.

Continuing training shall be scheduled withir. twelve (12) months, not to exceed 15 months, of the last completion date.

Supplemental reading is assigned when pertinent new material and/or revisions are approved, and when deemed necessary by the Technical Training Supervisor and the Ernergency Planning Coordinator.

5.0 PROCEDURE 5.1 Waterford-3 SES Energency Plan Training - The Emergency Plan Training Program shall be designed to provide training to Waterford-3 SES personnel assigned duties in the Emergency Plan commensurate with their respective responsibilities as described in the Waterford-3 SES Course Description NTC-216, " Emergency Plan Training Initial", NTC-217, " Emergency Plan Continuing Training", and NTC-219, " Emergency First Aid Team Training."

5.1.1 Initial Training - Initial training shall be conducted as needed to maintain a qualified Emergency ~ Organization.

5.1.2 Continuing Training - Continuing training shall be conducted I

annually, as needed, to maintain a qualified Emergency l

C1.66 1.0 OBJECTIVE The objective of this course is to train station and corporate personnel who have assigned duties in it,e Emergency Plan commensurate with their respective responsibilities. This training supplements the emergency training that the respective departments get from their regular de'partmental training.

.0 PREREQUISITES GET-1 and GET-2 except Emergency News Center personnel, St. Charles EOC advisors, St. John ECC advisors, State Technical Representatives, Technical Spokespersons, and EOF Personnel.

3.0 LENGTH / SCHEDULE 1.

Classroom training is scheduled as needed to keep emergency positions adequately staffed with trained personnel.

A comprehensive written exam shall be administered at the end of the course, except Emergency News Center courses.

Remedial training sessions shall be designed on an as needed basis for trainees who do not meet the requirements of Section 5.1.2.

C1.66 CONTINUING TRAINING 1.0 OBJECTIVE The objective of this course is to reinforce the training given to station and corporate personnel who have assigned duties in the Emergency Plan commensurate with their respective responsibilities.

2.0 PREREQUISITES Successful completion of the appropriate initial Emergency Plan Training for their position.

3.0 LENGTH / SCHEDULE 1.

Continuing training shall be scheduled within twelve (12) months, not to exceed 15 months, of the last completion date.

Supplemental reading is assigned when pertinent new material and/or revisions are approved, and when deemed necessary by the Technical Training Supervisor and the i

A comprehensive written exam shall be administered at the end of the course, except for Emergency News Center courses.

Remedial training sessions shall be designed on an as needed basis for trainees who do not meet r

the requirements of Section 5.1.2.
