2 of 5 EMERGENCY PLAN TRAINING RTYPE: C1.65 1.0 PURPOSE To ensure all station and corporate personnel and appropriate offsite agencies are trained commensurate with their respective responsibilities. This training supplements the emergency training that the respective departments get from their regular departmental training.

4.0 RESPONSIBILITIES 4.1 Nuclear Operations Training Manager The Training Manager is responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of the on-site emergency plan training program as

4.3 Emergency Planning Coordinator The Emergency Planning Coordinator is responsible for:

4.3.2 Informing the Nuclear Operations Training Manager of personnel assigned emergency duties as outlined within the Waterford-3 SES Emergency Plan.

4 of 5 EMERGENCY PLAN TRAINING RTYPE: C1.65 5.0 PROCEDURE 5.1 Waterford-3 SES Emergency Plan Training - The Emergency Plan Training Program shall be designed to provide training to Waterford-3 SES personnel assigned duties in the Emergency Plan commensurate with their respective responsibilities as described in the Waterford-3 SES Course Description NTC-216, " Emergency Plan Training Initial", NTC-217, " Emergency Plan Continuing Training", and NTC-219, " Emergency First Aid Team Training."
5.1.1 Initial Training - Initial training shall be conducted as needed to maintain a qualified Emergency Organization.
5.1.2 Continuing Training - Continuing training shall be conducted annually, as needed, to maintain a qualified Emergency Organization.
5.1.3 Supplemental Reading - Readings pertaining to Emergency Plan positions are issued upon assignment to the position and when pertinent uaw material and/or revisions are approved.
5.2 Off-Site Agency Emergency Plan Training - The Off-Site Agency Emergency /2 Plan Training shall be conducted in accordance with the Waterford-3 SES /2 j
